All business licenses expire December 31st and must be renewed annually, with applications submitted complete and accompanied by the required non-refundable fee.

This form is used to renew a Yakama Nation business license, as required under Revised Yakama Code (RYC 30.02) for all business activity within the Yakama Nation's boundaries. It requires applicants to update their business information and submit a non-refundable $205 payment to the Yakama Nation Department of Revenue.

Food Handlers Card: Applicants are not required to obtain a food handlers card from any specific location; a card issued by any certified provider is acceptable.
